Everything is not always as it seems at Seattle Grace. Drama unfolds and wanders the halls day by day until it stumbles upon someone. Whether a patient, or staff it seeks out whoever it can find. Now drama is at an all time high. "The Chief" more formally known as Richard Webber has decided to retire, handing down the job to Derek Shepherd. Now Derek has an impending merger to deal with. When you think it's all okay it's not. Expect the worse, always.
